Pick your date early
Catering needs a few days' notice, shown at checkout. Choose the event date and serving time; we call you to confirm the details.
Advance and cancellation
A small advance (never more than 10%) may confirm your booking. You can cancel online until the cut-off shown on your order, with the advance refunded in full.
