Delivery areas
Our delivery areas are drawn on the map at checkout. Put a pin at your door, or use your phone's location. If the pin is outside every area we can't deliver there yet, and the order can't be placed for delivery.
Delivery fee
Each area has its own fee, shown at checkout before you order. An area may offer free delivery above an order amount. When an order contains items from several shops, each shop's part is delivered and charged separately.
Delivery times
- Food: as soon as it is cooked (see the preparation time on the dish), or at the time you chose
- Catering: at the event date and time you chose
- Other items: usually the same or the next day; we hand every order to a rider within 48 hours of confirming it
- If we can't deliver within 5 days of the time agreed, we tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund
At the door
- The rider calls when nearby; please keep your phone on and the pin accurate
- Check your order in front of the rider; for cash on delivery, pay the rider
- If no one can be reached, the rider returns the order and we call you to arrange another time
