Booking
- Choose the package, the number of guests (at least the minimum shown) and your menu choices
- Choose your event date and time; catering needs the notice shown at checkout
- We call to confirm the menu, the place and the serving time
Advance
A small advance may be needed to confirm the event, never more than 10% of the order. The rest is paid on the event day.
Changes and cancellation
- Change the number of guests or the menu by calling us before the cancellation cut-off
- Cancel online until the cut-off shown on your order; the advance is refunded in full
- After the cut-off the advance may not be refunded, because food and staff are arranged
On the event day
We deliver at the agreed time. Food is cooked on the day. Tell us on the day if anything is wrong, so we can put it right.
