What we ask of every seller
- Their national ID, and a trade licence when they sell as a business
- Products bought from authorised importers or distributors, with invoices we may check
- Cosmetics registered with the Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA) where the law requires
- The expiry date shown for cosmetics, food and personal care
What we check
- Every seller before they can sell
- Every new product before it goes live
- Complaints about a product, which we investigate and act on
Before you open a product
Check the seal, the batch number and the expiry date. If anything looks wrong, don't open it and contact us within 3 days: we take it back, and remove fake products and their sellers.
