Freshness and hygiene
- Every dish is cooked after you order, not kept ready for hours
- Our home kitchen follows the Safe Food Act, 2013 and the Bangladesh Food Safety Authority's rules for food businesses: clean surfaces and hands, safe water, fresh ingredients
- Food is packed in sealed, food-safe containers and carried in insulated bags
- Please eat food soon after delivery; don't keep cooked food at room temperature for more than 2 hours
Allergies and ingredients
Dishes may contain milk, eggs, nuts, wheat (gluten), fish or shellfish. Ingredients are listed on a dish's page when available. If you have an allergy, call us before ordering; we can't guarantee that any dish is free of traces.
If something is wrong
Wrong, missing, spilled or spoiled food: tell us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo. We replace the dish or refund it.
Sold out and opening hours
The kitchen's opening hours and preparation time are shown on each dish. A dish marked Sold out today is back the next morning. When the kitchen is closed or busy you can order for a later time.
