Who can sell
- Shops and people in our delivery areas, with a national ID; a trade licence when selling as a business
- Food sellers must be registered with the Bangladesh Food Safety Authority
- We check every application and may refuse one without giving a reason
What can be sold
- Only genuine products you may legally sell in Bangladesh, with accurate names, photos and prices
- Cosmetics and food with the expiry date shown; never expired, fake or smuggled goods
- No medicines, tobacco, alcohol, weapons or anything illegal
Orders and delivery
- Confirm and pack orders quickly; our riders collect them from your shop
- Keep stock and prices up to date, so customers aren't disappointed
- Repeated cancellations or complaints may pause your shop
Fees and payouts
Selling is free for now: we will tell you at least 30 days before any commission or fee starts. The customer's payment for your products is paid to your bKash, Nagad or bank account after delivery, less any refunds.
